Terms of Use (EULA)

Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, or using the Bake Local app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and stop using the application immediately.

1. License & Scope

Bake Local grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use on Apple iOS devices according to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Baker Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

For individuals acting as Bakers, we provide priority placement and business features through auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Auto-Renewal: Subscription payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal at the rate of your selected plan within 24 hours prior to the end of current period.
Management: Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. Professional Conduct

Bakers are independent business owners and are solely responsible for their health certification, food safety standards, and local tax compliance. Bake Local serves only as an intermediary platform.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders in Bake Local are custom-made. Cancellations and refunds are subject to individual baker policies which must be clearly stated on their store profiles.

5. Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, these applications are governed by the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
